Prayer Guide for our Mozambique Team

Day 1 - Pray for safe travel from San Francisco to London and safety as we explore London on our lay-over

Day 2 - Pray for safe travel from London to Johannesburg

Day 3 - Pray for safe travel as we arrive in Maputo, Mozambique and continue our travel by bus to our home away from home in Xai Xai

Sabbath - Pray for the people of Xai Xai as we meet them and worship with them at their current facility

Day 5 - Work and VBS begin - pray that we will be true examples of the Savior's love and grace as we work and teach.

Day 6 - Continue to pray for our safety as we work

Day 7 - Pray that our VBS program is effective in reaching the kids of Xai Xai

Day 8 - Pray that the team is healthy and centered on being loving examples

Day 9 - Pray that we are making acceptable progress on the building project and that the VBS team is effectively sharing the love of Jesus with the children

Day 10 - Pray that the construction on the church is complete and that as we prepare to dedicate the church and congregation that we have been effective ambassadors of Jesus love

Sabbath - Rejoice with us as we share a very special Sabbath with the Xai Xai people, dedicating the church building and the congregation to the Lord's service. Pray that the lives we touch with the rice and bean give away will be enriched with God's grace.

Day 12 - Pray for the congregation of Xai Xai as they continue to spread the love of Jesus in their community and pray for the team as we depart to South Africa to enjoy the wonders of God's creation in Kruger Park

Day 13 - Pray for our safety and health as we continue to stand in awe of God's creation and prepare to head home.

Day 14 - Pray for safe travel as we check in at the Maputo airport and say Good-bye to Africa

Day 15 - Pray for safe travel as we come home, knowing that we have been blessed to be in the service of Jesus!
